Postcard from India: I need help for identification

I recently received this pre-stamped postcard from India and I could not find information about it except that it was issued in 2011. I need some help from my Indian readers to get so data about it. Is it a meghdoot card? Is there any information around the issue of this card? Any other cards issued at the same time with other frog pictures? Any information will be welcome! Thanks a lot.

Hi!
I think a picture of a frog has been printed on a standard Inland Postcard. It is not a Meghdoot card as the same is not printed and the picture is not an advertisement. The cost of the Meghdoot is Ps.25 and not Ps.50.

Is nothing mentioned by the sender ?

Thank you Mansoor; No I ot nothing from sender. So it means this is a privat issue and not an official postal product. This is what I thought.

Mansoor is correct. It is a simple post card and frog picture has been printed privately on it . Since India Post does not issue such post cards with pictures !!

Hi!

I mean to say that this is very much a Card printed by India Post, but the picture of the frog printed on it is done privately.

In normal circumstances that card can be posted anywhere within India at the postage provided. Now as a picture is printed on it extra postage has to be used if it needs to be posted. Hope you are clear now.
